Installation Guide
Prerequisites
- Active xGenie account with administrator privileges
- Zoom account (Basic, Pro, Business, or Enterprise)
- Permission to install apps in your Zoom account
Step-by-Step Setup
- Access Zoom App Marketplace
- Log in to your Zoom account
- Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Search for "xGenie"
- Install the xGenie App
- Click "Add" or "Install" on the xGenie app page
- Review and accept the permissions
- Complete the OAuth authorization
- Configure Integration
- Return to your xGenie dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Find Zoom and click "Configure"
- Customize your meeting preferences
- Test the Integration
- Create a test meeting from xGenie

Using xGenie Zoom Integration
Creating Meetings
- Navigate to your xGenie dashboard
- Click "New Meeting" or use the quick action button
- Fill in meeting details (title, date, time, participants)
- Select Zoom as the meeting platform
- Click "Create Meeting"
Managing Meetings
- Edit: Update meeting details directly from xGenie
- Cancel: Cancel meetings with automatic notifications

Removing the Integration
If you need to remove the xGenie Zoom integration:
- From xGenie:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find Zoom integration
- Click "Disconnect" or "Remove"
- Confirm the removal
- From Zoom:
- Log in to your Zoom account
- Go to Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps
- Find xGenie and click "Uninstall"
- Confirm the removal
Note: Removing the integration will not delete existing meetings but will prevent creating new ones through xGenie.
